Now the official Guinness record belongs to Chandra Bahadur Dungy, whose growth of 54.60 centimeters or 21.5 inches. Seventy-citizen of Nepal, broke the previous record holder Junrey Balawing of the Philippine Islands, which in its 18 years, is the growth of 23.5 inches.
